All About David...

David Miller spent his early teens DJing weddings and Bar Mitzvahs in North London, and entertaining at assorted Youth Clubs as The DJD Affair. A regular visitor to Radio One in its early days, David was nicknamed DJ Dave by Dave Cash.

In the early 1970s, David was employed at the BBC, in London, in the Scripting Department. Due to later career commitments, David hung his DJ Headphones up in his early 20s, but he still worked in the entertainment world as an accountant and confidant to a number of celebrities; actors, musicians and models.

David’s love of all types of music has never diminished, though, and in the 2000s, he has involved himself in the UK Country Music scene, working with young artists who are influenced by modern Nashville artists as well as more traditional styles.

In 2015, David’s DJ headphones were once again put to use, when he was invited to present a Country Music Show (Kentucky Jelly) on a Sunday night, for Spire Radio. This was soon followed by a Blues Show. (Tuesday Night Is Blues Night), which transformed into The Global Jukebox.
